How do I create a Return?

Changed your mind? If you aren’t delighted with your purchase, you can return a product, in new condition, within 5 days and we will happily refund the purchase price.

Please Note:

• – All items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
• – If items are not returned in new condition your return may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
• – Your returned items must be received within 5 days of the time you requested the return. After this, the returned items will not be accepted and this return request will be automatically closed.
• – When we finish processing your return, we will notify you by email and return the price of the items and any tax to the payment method used to place the order.

I would like to exchange an item?

Depending on stock availability, we may be able to do an exchange for an alternate size for your item of the same style, price and description.
Please use our help@bhavikpublication.com form to inquire about this before initiating your return. We will gladly provide you with a pre-paid return label for the exchange. Reference your order number and item you are wanting to exchange.

I have an issue with the product I received.

I received product I did not order.

Please contact customer service via our help@bhavikpublication.com from including all order information so that we might expedite assisting you.

Damaged Package?

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order.
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize Our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
